How to Measure Your Ring Size Using anExisting Ring
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear it on.
- Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).
- Use the size chart below to find the corresponding ring size.
Measure Your Finger for Ring Size
- Wrap a strip of paper around the finger where you want to wear the ring.
- Pull the paper snugly— a firm fit will give the most accurate measurement.
- Mark the point where the paper overlaps.
- Measure the length from the start of the paper to the mark using a ruler (in millimeters).
- Use the chart below to find your ring size based on this measurement.
