At MH Elegance, we are committed to delivering a seamless and premium shopping experience. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which orders are shipped, delivered, and returned.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package using the Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunworn, and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including gift boxes, pouches, and certificates (if applicable).
  • proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
  1. Contact our Customer Care at support@mhelegance.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. You’ll receive a return authorization along with instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to verify their condition. Items that show signs of significant wear or have been altered in any way (including ring resizing) will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
  • We offer hassle-free exchanges with a 0% restocking fee. Please note that many other retailers charge up to 15% for exchanges.
